Shop Policy
Shipping:
Orders are sent USPS with
tracking included on all dolls. Please be sure the shipping address is correct. I cannot be responsible for lost packages once they are accepted by the post office.
Returns:
If you are not completely happy
with your purchase, please use the contact form here to get in touch
within (2) weeks of receiving it. Most of the time I can accommodate
returns, or make exchanges as is appropriate.
Please clearly describe the
issue you are having as well as any relevant details, and I will get back to you
as soon as I can.
Also, please understand that
making dolls is a labor intensive process, and I must reserve the
right to refuse returns in some cases. In all the years I’ve been making and
selling art, I have never had to decline a return request mostly because I haven’t
really gotten any.
Commissioned Art:
I do take several commissions (or
custom orders) each year.

estimate including down payment information, timeline, and any additional
questions I have about making your custom doll.
Please note that, the timeline for
custom dolls is based on my workload and studio schedule, and can vary
quite a bit. In some cases, I may have to politely decline. But I will be upfront
about what I can and cannot do when I receive your inquiry.
